The Nativity and Christmas Celebration Concert

This year we are really looking forward to the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 performances. It is great to see all of the children so keen to be involved and working so hard to prepare for their performance. The performances take place on Thursday, 13th December 2018 at 7pm.

Tickets are priced at £4.00 per adult and £3.00 for Senior Citizens and Children Under 14. All proceeds go towards School Funds.

To ensure that all parents get the opportunity to see their child perform they will have the option of initially purchasing two tickets between Monday, 3rd December and Wednesday, 5th December. After this date all tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis and parents can buy as many as they wish.

Tickets are priced at £4.00 per adult and £3.00 for Senior Citizens and Children Under 14. All proceeds go towards School Funds.

School Development

It is important that parents are kept informed of our plans for development in the school and we value their involvement in Development Planning. Please see attached our School Development Plan for your information.

Parents’ views and opinions on the development of our school are greatly valued. Should further information be required on the areas outlined or should a parent wish to make a suggestion on future areas of development please contact Mr Coulter.

Internet Safety Parent Workshop

Ballynahinch P.S. school has very kindly invited parents from our school to attend a parents’ information session on Internet Safety delivered by PSNI Community Policing Officers and a representative of the O2 network on Thursday, 6th December 2018 from 6.30pm – 7.30pm in their school. The workshop will provide you with guidance, support and advice to help keep your child safe when on-line.

P1 Phonics workshop

We were delighted to see so many parents attend our P1 Phonics workshop and hope that they found it useful in supporting their child in the early stages of learning to read. More information on the letter sounds can be found in the Useful Web Links on the School App.
